What Will You Do?

You will join one of Europe’s most dynamic SaaS sales teams, driven by the ambition to empower businesses to grow smarter and faster through technology and data. You will focus on expanding Smartness’s global presence by generating high-value opportunities for Smartness Ultra, our premium suite for advanced revenue optimization and hospitality performance.

  • Outbound Prospecting – Identify and engage high-quality leads by reaching out to accommodation providers. Your main goal will be to create qualified appointments through both company-provided contact lists and direct prospecting of new opportunities.

  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences – You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, shaping their first impression of Smartness and contributing directly to our growth story.

  • Achieve Your Monthly Target – Your performance will be measured by the ARR generated through the opportunities you create, emphasizing quality and conversion rather than volume.

  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement – You’ll sharpen your analytical mindset by monitoring and improving your pipeline performance, using some of the most advanced sales tools in the market.

  • Trade Shows & Events – Smartness is present at major industry events across Europe. You’ll have the chance to attend 1–2 trade shows per year, meet clients in person, and learn directly from the field.

  • Demonstrate Our Value Proposition – Clearly communicate how Smartness helps hospitality businesses grow, sparking enthusiasm and trust among prospects.

  • Strategic Sales Mindset: You understand how to approach complex organizations, identify key decision-makers, and tailor your outreach to different stakeholder levels.

  • Business Acumen: You can quickly grasp our clients’ business models and challenges, positioning Smartness as a strategic partner rather than just a software solution.

  • Collaborative Approach: You work closely with Account Executives and Product Owners to build and qualify high-value pipelines, ensuring alignment from first contact to closing.

  • Data-Driven & Insight-Oriented: You leverage CRM insights, market data, and sales intelligence tools to prioritize accounts and refine your strategy.

  • Resilience & Persistence: Enterprise sales cycles are long and complex — you stay motivated, disciplined, and consistent in your outreach and follow-up.

  • Communication Excellence: You can clearly and confidently articulate Smartness’s value proposition to C-level and senior decision-makers.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Prospecting: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Curiosity & Growth Mentality: You’re constantly learning — from data, colleagues, and customers — to sharpen your skills and evolve as a sales professional.

  • Italian: C2
