As a Revenue Operations - Intern at Smartness, you’ll support the team in streamlining and optimizing sales processes, ensuring data quality, and improving operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on internship for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn how sales, marketing, and product teams work together to drive business growth. You’ll have the chance to contribute directly to key processes while developing your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Your main duties will be:
Maintain Data Quality Across Revenue Systems
Keep our CRM and revenue tools clean, accurate, and well-organized so that all teams can rely on trustworthy data.
Investigate data issues, flag inconsistencies, and help resolve them while learning how our systems connect and work together.
Build and update contact lists and data segments used across the company to support sales, marketing, and customer success activities.
Support Reporting and Revenue Analytics
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards that track go-to-market (GTM) performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
Learn how to turn numbers into insights that help teams make better, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate Across the Revenue Organization
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams to ensure everyone works with accurate data and aligned processes.
Act as a bridge between departments on operational projects and initiatives, supporting collaboration and smooth communication.
Support Go-to-Market Teams and Cross-Functional Processes
Help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the customer journey and assist in implementing practical solutions.
Maintain clear and updated process documentation to keep GTM teams aligned and working efficiently.
Learn and Drive Continuous Improvement
Participate in process reviews, tool discussions, and feedback sessions to understand how decisions are made and how tools are used.
