Job Summary:
Partech is an investment platform for tech and digital companies, bringing together capital and resources to support entrepreneurs at all stages (Seed, Venture and Growth) in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. You will join a fast-growing company with over €2.7 billion assets under management. Reporting to the Financial Direction department located in Paris, you will assist the team in the daily operations monitoring such as:
- Partech financial operations
- Fund and Investment Vehicles administration
- Portfolio companies’ valuation
What you will do:
- Funds monitoring and reporting:
- Fund cash monitoring and invoices preparation
- Processing and upload of Private Equity funds transactions within our internal tools and software such as iLevel (new investments, disinvestment, follow-ons, valuations of the companies) and Merlin (cash reconciliation, capital calls, distributions)
- Assisting the production of quarterly reports in English for our investors
- Valuation and performance analysis:
- Supporting the team with the production of companies’ valuation on a quarterly basis for unlisted companies based on IPEV guidelines.
- Calculation of the funds’ main KPIs
- Valuation benchmarks (Partech vs Market comparables)
- Backtesting between exits and previous valuations
- Financial and administrative portfolio monitoring:
- Gather on a regular basis, figures and KPIs for companies in portfolio
- Gap analysis between portfolio company audited financial statements and their estimates/management accounts in coordination with investment team and portfolio company CFO
- Monitoring and analysis of the capitalization tables of portfolio companies
- Answer to investors’ due diligences and queries
Your scope of action:
You will have the opportunity to work across the entire private equity life cycle, from pre-acquisition support to portfolio monitoring and exit.
Your profile:
You would like to work in a challenging environment, where you will be in direct contact with start-up leaders and investors.
- You are a student with a 4/5-year degree in finance; from a business school, DCG, master CCA, DSCG or other schools, university equivalent
- Solid Excel skills
- Fluent both in French and English
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude is required
- Adaptable and quick learner
- Teamwork spirit
Starting date: 6 months internship starting January 2026.
