ESG Analyst Internship – Sustainability Team

January 2025 – 6 months – Based in Paris

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:

• ESG analysis and reporting:

o Manage the ESG data analysis from all Partech funds;

o Benchmark portfolio companies’ ESG performance against industry peers;

o Contribute and improve our ESG reports and documentation to startups and partners (corporates, banks, insurance companies, asset managers, public / private investment firms);

o Explore sustainable best practices from our startups and support their Sustainability Journey.

• Deep-dive contents:

o Monitor and follow up with the International, European and French regulations (Taxonomy, SFDR…);

o Contribute to our Sustainable vision with insights from our different investment strategies and startups.

• Stakeholder engagement:

o Help improving communication and awareness about Sustainability within the firm;

o Support the different internal and external initiatives including events, workshops and training.

Our Base-line Requirements:

• CSR/Sustainability/Sustainable Finance and/or Finance Business/Economics/Engineering student at a top-tier university, in the last year(s) of its academic journey;
• At least 1 internship / work experience in ESG in a startup, VC, consulting firm or corporate; international backgrounds/experiences are most welcome;
• Must be fluent / professional levels in both English and French.
