One of our Series B, SaaS portfolio companies (30M ARR) is looking for a French-speaking Paris-based COO. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and scaling the business to meet strategic goals.
Leading a cross-functional team of 50+ FTE, the COO will manage customer operations (CSM, onboarding, care teams) and operational excellence (BI, revenue operations teams) to support the company's rapid and efficient growth.
Responsibilities include transforming a growing business into an efficient engine for sustainable growth, ensuring all functions run efficiently with effective KPIs, and designing scalable systems and processes. The COO will navigate the challenges of rapid scaling and international expansion, building credibility with the senior executive team, and maintaining trust within the organization.
The COO will establish the operational rhythm, set growth targets, and achieve them in line with the broader business strategy. As a trusted advisor to the Founders, the COO will support them through dynamic situations, challenge their thinking, and ensure the execution of strategic plans from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities:
