About the Role Blendid is seeking a proven Manufacturing Program Manager to join our engineering team and lead multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully leading multiple medium-to-high complexity projects on time and on budget. The candidate will leverage her/his/their experience and passion for converting engineering designs into manufactured products. The role is expected to be in-person at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters and reports to the Head of Engineering. Key Responsibilities Simultaneously manage multiple manufacturing initiatives, ranging in scale and scope; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage the relationship with our manufacturing partners and serve as the primary interface of our engineering team. Routinely provide and explain designs and other artifacts to manufacturers. Manage manufacturing process through regular status meetings via video call and in-person vendor meetings as needed. Manage manufacturing project costs, quality checks and timeline targets.
