About the RoleBlendid is seeking a talented content writer & social media manager to join the marketing team and lead development of short and long form copy and management of our B2B- and B2C-focused social media channels. Working virtually or in-person at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will help develop, implement, and manage consumer and customer communication plans to engage operators, customers, prospective investors and smoothie consumers.Content Development Includes- Social media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok- Email development and management; blogs and ghostwritten media articles- Press releases and talking points; executive speeches- Website copy enhancements; sales overview materialsWhat You’ll Do- Build and execute B2B and B2C social media, blog, and newsletter strategy- Generate, edit, and publish frequent content (text, images, video); create editorial calendars- Moderate user feedback; write web and sales copy for the Blendid licensee program- Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and executive teams; develop media plans to increase web traffic- Develop and track KPIs; improve tactics based on performanceAbout You- 8+ years combined experience in content writing/copywriting and social media management (5+ in social/content)- Excellent writing and editing; portfolio of published articles/blogs/newsletters- Social community management experience with syndication tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and reporting; able to provide prior strategies/results- Creative, analytical, organized self-starter; passionate about technology and healthy eating- BA/BS in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
