About the RoleAs a Business Operations Intern at Blendid, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business operations and management team. This unpaid internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the success of a trailblazing food robotics company. Your primary responsibilities will include working on business analytics and metrics, assisting in project management, conducting investor research, and supporting investor relations activities.What You’ll DoMetrics and Business Analytics:- Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance, sales, customer engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).- Assist in preparing reports and visualizations to present findings and insights to the management team.Project Management:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives within the company.- Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.Investor Research and Relations:- Conduct research on potential investors, partners, and industry stakeholders.- Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings and presentations.Data Entry and Analysis:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business-related data.- Assist in data cleaning, organization, and analysis to support decision-making processes.Process Improvement:- Identify areas for process improvement within the business operations and propose actionable solutions.General Support:- Provide general administrative support to the business operations team as needed.About You- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred.- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic startup environment.- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the food industry.Duration and CompensationThis is an unpaid internship opportunity with a flexible duration, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, and a flexible number of hours per week. While there is no monetary compensation, we offer valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, and the chance to work on exciting projects at the forefront of food technology.
