About the RoleAs a Marketing Intern at Blendid, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and innovative team. You will work closely with the VP of Business Operations and other departments to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that promote the Blendid brand, increase operator engagement, and drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to the success of a groundbreaking food robotics company.Working virtually or in-person at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters and reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you will help us develop, implement, and manage operator and investor communication plans to help attract and engage current and prospective Blendid foodservice operators, investors and smoothie consumers (in that order of priority).Content development to include:- Social media – Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter- Email development and management- Blogs and ghost written media articles- Website update copy enhancement- Sales overview materialsWhat You’ll Do- Build and execute b2b social media, blog, and email strategy- Generate, edit, and publish daily-to-weekly content (original text, images, video) that is on-brand and on-strategy, and builds meaningful connections with our diverse audiences- Create editorial calendars for all tactics- Moderate all user-generated feedback on social.- Write web and sales material copy as needed- Develop and track KPIs for each content type. Continuously improve tactics by reviewing performance and identifying enhancement action plans monthly, or more frequently as neededAbout You- BA/BS candidate in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field- Passionate about technology, healthy eating, and working in start-ups- Excellent writing and editing communication skills- Generative, creative thinker develop new angles for content- Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDuration and CompensationThis is an unpaid internship opportunity with a flexible duration, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, and a flexible number of hours per week. While there is no monetary compensation, we offer valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, and the chance to work on exciting projects at the forefront of food technology.
