About the RoleBlendid is seeking a food service professional with a passion for consumer technology to join our Retail Operations team full time. The position will require travel around the Phoenix, AZ area and work across weekends and evenings. The role reports to the Retail Operations Manager in California.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate on day-to-day operations of robotic food kiosks (local Phoenix area and remote locations)- Support NSO (new store opening) activities: staff training, product storage setup, order placement, customer service- Liaison to kiosk operators (licensees/franchisees), vendors, and business partners in the Phoenix region- Perform and manage routine repair and maintenance of kiosk components and subsystems- Conduct regular audits to ensure customer service, product rotation, and sanitation standards- Coach and hold staff accountable to SOPs and training standards; escalate issues as needed- Be ready to set up and operate the kiosk in the event of staffing conflicts- Provide Level 2 remote operations support for assigned shifts (6 a.m.–midnight, incl. weekends)- Perform and manage marketing/promotional activities as needed- Maintain flexible schedule to recover operations when troubleshooting is required- Manage staff to ensure proper coverage of routines at the kiosk and remotelyCompensation- Competitive base salary; Full Medical/Dental/Vision; 401k with matching up to 3%; Company Stock OptionsWhy You’ll Love Working at Blendid- Mission-driven team; collaborative culture; diverse perspectives; fun products (food + robots); creative problem solving
