About the RoleBlendid is seeking a food service professional with a passion for consumer technology to join our Retail Operations team full time. The position will require travel around the Phoenix, AZ area and work across weekends and evenings. The role reports to the Retail Operations Manager in California.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate on day-to-day operations of robotic food kiosks (Phoenix and remote locations)- Support NSO activities (training, product storage setup, order placement, customer service)- Represent Blendid as liaison to kiosk operators, vendors, and partners in the Phoenix region- Perform and manage routine repair and maintenance of kiosk components and subsystems- Conduct regular audits to ensure customer service, product rotation, and sanitation standards- Coach, teach, and hold staff accountable to SOPs and training; escalate issues as needed- Be ready to set up and operate the kiosk as needed- Provide Level 2 remote operations support on assigned shifts (6 a.m. to midnight, including weekends)- Perform and manage marketing and promotional activities as needed- Maintain a flexible schedule for troubleshooting on-site and remotely- Manage staff to ensure proper coverage at the kiosk and remotelyCompensation- Competitive base salary; full Medical, Dental, Vision- 401k with match up to 3%- Company Stock OptionsWhy You’ll Love Working at Blendid- Mission-driven, collaborative, diverse team working with delicious food and robots; creative, problem-solving culture
