We seek passionate people about technology and healthy eating.About the Role: Proven Manufacturing Program Manager to lead multiple medium-to-high complexity projects on time and on budget, converting engineering designs into manufactured products. In-person at Sunnyvale, CA HQ; reports to Head of Engineering.Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple manufacturing initiatives; manage relationships with manufacturing partners; provide/explain designs and artifacts to manufacturers; run status meetings and vendor meetings; manage costs, quality checks, and timelines; oversee ordering/receipt of parts; manage project plans and communicate risks; drive vendor selection; manage version control of artifacts (BOM, CAD, release docs) across shared drives/PDM/PLM; manage financials (quotes, invoices, POs, payments) across vendors; manage IQC and OQC across vendors and internal teams.About You: 5+ years manufacturing management with launches of 5+ medium/high-complexity products; BS/MS in Industrial Engineering or related; significant cross-functional experience with development teams, manufacturers, and vendors (ideally across geographies); ability to provide summary and detailed status; experience with at least one project management tool; ability to read engineering docs (STEP, PCB viewer level); decision-making with evaluation matrices; experience with documentation management and PDM/PLM (Arena, Agile, Vault); excellent written and verbal communication; startup/food space experience preferred.
