About the RoleBlendid is seeking a food service professional with a passion for consumer technology to join our Retail Operations team full time. The position will require travel around the Phoenix, AZ area and work across weekends and evenings. The role reports to the Retail Operations Manager in California.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Blendid team on the day-to-day operations of our robotic food kiosks – located both locally in the Phoenix area and in remote locations.- Support NSO (new store opening) activities including staff training, product storage set up, order placement, and excellent customer service.- Represent Blendid as a liaison to its kiosk operators (licensees and franchisees), vendors, and business partners in the Phoenix region.- Perform and manage routine repair and maintenance activities of key kiosk components and subsystems.- Conduct regular audits at the kiosk(s) to ensure proper customer service, product rotation, and sanitation standards.
