About the Role: Blendid is seeking a food service professional with a passion for consumer technology to join our Retail Operations team full time. The position will require travel around the Phoenix, AZ area and work across weekends and evenings. The role reports to the Retail Operations Manager in California. Key responsibilities include: collaborating on day-to-day operations of robotic food kiosks (local Phoenix and remote); supporting new store openings (staff training, product storage setup, ordering, customer service); serving as liaison to kiosk operators, vendors and partners in the Phoenix region; performing and managing routine repair and maintenance of kiosk components; conducting regular audits for service, product rotation and sanitation; coaching and holding staff accountable to SOPs; stepping in to operate kiosks when needed; providing “Level 2” remote operations support for all kiosks on assigned shifts (6 a.m.–midnight incl. weekends); handling marketing/promotional activities; maintaining flexible schedule for troubleshooting; and managing staff coverage at kiosks and remotely.
