About the RoleBlendid is seeking a proven Manufacturing Program Manager to join our engineering team and lead multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully leading multiple medium-to-high complexity projects on time and on budget. The candidate will leverage her/his/their experience and passion for converting engineering designs into manufactured products. The role is expected to be in-person at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters and reports to the Head of Engineering.Key Responsibilities- Simultaneously manage multiple manufacturing initiatives, ranging in scale and scope; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.- Manage the relationship with our manufacturing partners and serve as the primary interface of our engineering team.- Routinely provide and explain designs and other artifacts to manufacturers.- Manage manufacturing process through regular status meetings via video call and in-person vendor meetings as needed.- Manage manufacturing project costs, quality checks and timeline targets.
