Zeel is hiring a remote Provider Outreach & Support Associate to help grow and support our network of massage therapists and wellness providers across the country.

This is a people-focused, early career, detail-oriented remote role for someone who communicates well, follows through consistently, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. You’ll speak directly with prospective providers, guide them through onboarding and credentialing, support active therapists on the platform, and help ensure providers have a positive experience working with Zeel.

This position is fully remote; however, applicants must be located within the United States.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with prospective therapists and providers via phone, text, and email
  • Guiding providers through the application, onboarding, and credentialing process
  • Conducting provider outreach and consistent follow-up with applicants and active providers
  • Re-engaging therapists who are no longer active on the platform
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support provider success and provider experience
  • Assisting with orientations and onboarding sessions
  • Helping organize and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational projects
  • Monitoring provider network coverage and identifying operational gaps

  • Someone with strong judgment and consistent follow-through who works well both independently and collaboratively

Candidates with backgrounds in customer support, healthcare coordination, recruiting, admissions, hospitality, operations, client services, education, or provider relations are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, as well as Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and other remote collaboration tools, is preferred.
