What We're Looking For

We are seeking a driven Account Executive with 0-3 years of experience, based in our Bangkok office, to join our Thailand inbound sales and account management team. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome — we'll teach you the rest.

In this role, you will manage the full client lifecycle — converting inbound leads into paying subscribers, keeping them happy and engaged throughout their subscription, and ensuring they renew and grow with us. You are the day-to-day face of Zaapi for our Thailand clients — answering their questions, solving their problems, and helping them get the most out of our platform.

This position reports to the Account Executive Lead. We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, curious about e-commerce and technology, and motivated by seeing clients succeed. Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales: Manage and close the inbound sales pipeline end-to-end — respond to inquiries, run product demos, recommend the right plan based on the client's use case, and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
  • Renewals & Retention: Monitor client engagement and proactively reach out ahead of renewal dates. Identify churn risks early, resolve issues, and maintain high retention rates across the Thailand subscriber base.
  • Account Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries — resolving "how-to" questions, coordinating bug fixes with the product team, and ensuring clients are fully utilizing the platform across their sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE, Facebook, etc.).
  • Upgrade & Expansion: Identify upgrade opportunities by understanding client usage patterns. Recommend plan changes that genuinely fit their growing needs — not just upselling for the sake of it.
  • Data Recording & Client Feedback: Accurately log all activities and client conversations in our CRM (Pipedrive). Capture qualitative feedback — how did this prospect find us? Why did this subscriber disengage? — and feed it back to the team to improve our product and process.
  • Stay Product-Sharp: Keep up to date with Zaapi's latest features so you can effectively communicate value and help clients use the platform to its full potential.

Location

  • Bangkok (Hybrid - in office 3 days a week)
  • Office near Thonglor BTS station

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Native-level Thai proficiency (daily client communication is in Thai)
  • Conversational English proficiency (internal communication, CRM logging)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience — fresh graduates are welcome
  • High motivation and drive to achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or account management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or chat commerce (LINE, Facebook Messenger)
  • Experience working with a CRM tool (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, or technology products
  • Previous experience in a startup environment
