The Account Management team forms part of the Customer Success Group at Yoco and are directly responsible for nurturing key account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions, whilst acting as a liaison between our customer and internal departments. We’re looking for a people-first, outcomes-driven leader to guide and develop our Account Management team in Gauteng. As a Team Lead, you’ll coach a group of talented Account Managers, enabling them to consistently deliver value to our merchants — through retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

- Team Leadership & Coaching: Grow, coach, and support a high-performing team. Drive clear goals, regular 1:1s, and professional development.
- Regional Performance Execution: Own regional team outcomes by translating national goals into clear execution plans. Drive accountability through KPIs and data.
- Client Experience & Service Quality: Ensure merchants experience consistent, high-quality support. Review quality standards, provide feedback, and improve client outcomes.
- Operational Excellence & Reporting: Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate reporting, and data-led decision-making. Spot trends and use insights to optimise team delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation Management: Act as the first point of escalation. Work cross-functionally to solve complex client issues and deliver continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Champion simpler, smarter ways of working across tools, workflows, and systems.
