About the Job
The Embedded Finance team enables companies to issue white labeled cards and wallets for their businesses on their own web/mobile applications, building on top of Xendit’s eWallet and Scheme licenses and systems. This is one of Xendit’s newest products, and presents a unique opportunity for people who are looking to build and execute completely new systems and procedures, rather than joining an existing, established system.
As an Operations Executive in Experiments, you will play a key role in organizing, scaling, and executing our day-to-day operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have at least 1 year of experience in running operations, preferably at a startup.
- You enjoy interacting with people, understanding their perspectives, and uncovering their pain points.
- You are fluent in English and Thai.
- You have an operations mindset - you have a deep desire to see everything run smoothly and systematically, and value quality control over processes.
- You are execution-oriented and can be trusted to execute and deliver on time.
- You are resourceful and can figure out how to execute a request independently.
- You are humble and have a growth mindset.
- You can effectively operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders (legal, compliance, finance, partnerships, sales, product) to help make the customer experience delightful.
- Ability to collect feedback from customers and stakeholders for continuous iteration of high-quality products and experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Complete all activation steps necessary to launching a white label wallet and card program for Brand Partners.
- Review wallet due diligence of wallet applicants where additional verification is required.
- Ensure that all wallet holders onboarded fulfill requirements set by Compliance, Credit Risk, and other relevant departments.
- Liaise with the Brand Partner relevant vendors to ensure that card order, tracking, and fulfillment are carried out in a systematic and timely manner.
- Monitor team performance vs SLA to ensure that we meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
- Engage with other departments to provide them with data and operational support to carry out their respective functions.
- Document and establish a procedure for operations, and iterate to improve procedures.
Customer Support
- Create and maintain systems and channels for customer support escalation, including the management and resolution of transaction disputes.
- Engage with other departments to resolve customer support issues where necessary.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Identify improvement opportunities to increase team productivity and improve work quality, including assessing the possibility to automate manual processes.
- Drive improvement projects from planning, execution, to sustainability.
