About Vui App

Vui App is Vietnam’s first Earned Wage Access platform, empowering employees to access their earned income anytime, instead of waiting until payday. We are on a rapid growth journey and looking for a Financial Controller to help build a strong, transparent, and efficient financial foundation for our scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze financial data to assess business performance and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports for the leadership team.
• Support the preparation of investor reports (regular or ad-hoc).

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Develop, manage, and monitor the company’s annual budget and project budgets.
• Track budget utilization and provide early warnings on potential financial risks.

3. Investor & Partner Relations

• Join meetings with financial partners, banks, and investors alongside the CFO.
• Prepare materials and financial analysis to support fundraising and strategic partnerships.

4. Compliance & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with legal and accounting standards.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech startups, banking partnerships, or investment funds.
• Experience in partnership management with banks or investment funds is highly valued.
• Overseas-educated Vietnamese or candidates with significant international exposure are strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and management reporting.
• Experience working with investors or in fundraising is a plus.
• Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for sports, arts, or community activities is a plus – we value team players with vibrant energy.
• Proficiency in English for communication with international partners.
