Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Source and acquire clients
• Support manager to lead all aspects of deal execution from: identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing
• Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team, providing administrative support as needed.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling client meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are involved.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and proposals for clients.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Create and update Powerpoint presentations for client, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
• Other work assigned by the manager.

Here's who we are looking for

• Have 1-2 years experience in sales operations, administration, or related roles within technology companies, banks, or e-wallet firms,...
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to use English well at work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience in proposals and report preparation is a plus.
• Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the sales team.
• Presentable appearance and a confident demeanor, suitable for representing the company in external settings.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude, with a readiness to travel as needed.
