Context
As part of strengthening our IT Department, we are looking for a Systems & Network Engineer reporting directly to the CIO.
You will work in a demanding, multi-technology industrial environment that is constantly evolving, requiring agility, autonomy, and the ability to adapt quickly.
The role is very hands-on, operational, and field-oriented. We are looking for someone able to efficiently handle day-to-day tasks, resolve incidents, improve existing systems, and support users. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the IT system and the development of long terms infrastructures.
Main Responsibilities
Systems Administration & Operations
- Linux administration (servers & workstations)
- Windows administration (servers & workstations)
- Support for Mac environments (a plus)
- Management of virtualized environments (KVM, Docker)
- Certificate and authentication management (Kerberos)
Identity & Directory Management
- LDAP administration (OpenLDAP, Apache DS, FreeIPA)
- Management of strong authentication systems (MFA, Token, SecureID…)
- Management of access policies and identity security
Network & Infrastructure
- LAN / WAN administration
- HP Switching configuration
- HP Aruba WiFi management
- VLAN, routing, load balancing
- VPN (WireGuard)
- Network incident diagnosis and resolution
IT Security
- Endpoint security
- Firewall administration (Stormshield is a plus)
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- Access management and network segmentation
Messaging & Collaboration Tools
- Proficiency with email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird…)
- Advanced user support
- Administration of cloud platforms (management console)
Support, Operations & Coordination
- Autonomous incident management (prioritization & resolution)
- Use of ticketing systems & asset management tools
- Participation in infrastructure evolution projects
- On-site user support (Level 2 / Level 3)
- Technical interface with vendors and service providers
- Monitoring of external interventions and escalations

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in systems & network environments
- Experience in an industrial environment is appreciated
- Professional English (written & spoken)
