The opportunity

This role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

As a Senior Project Manager for the People team, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organisation. You will lead complex and strategically important projects such as our upcoming Performance Management cycle and post-merger integration(‘PMI’) initiatives following our recent acquisition by Wellhub.

In this role, you will apply strong problem-solving, structured project management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver initiatives that make a real impact on our employees and business. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across senior leadership, the People team (e.g. People Partners, People Operations) and the wider organisation, acting as a trusted partner and driver of change.

What you will do

  • Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional People initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and lasting impact.
  • Drive our upcoming Performance Management cycle, ensuring a smooth and effective process across the organisation.
  • Partner with business and People leaders to design and implement post-merger integration initiatives, aligning culture and business goals with processes and policies.
  • Break down complex problems into structured, actionable workstreams and ensure execution excellence.
  • Facilitate effective communication, ensuring timely and transparent information flow among all project participants, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support change management: design communication, trainings, and resources that foster buy-in and support employees through change.

What you will need to succeed

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in management consulting, and program or project management. Experience within People/HR is a nice to have.
  • Strong problem-solving skills help you structure and simplify complex issues into actionable steps.
  • With excellent organisational skills, you manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal) enable you to work confidently across all levels of the organisation.
  • You feel comfortable working with data to inform decisions (e.g., analysing trends, preparing summaries, drawing insights).
  • You take a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, striving for excellence while keeping impact and practicality in mind.

What’s in it for you

  • Free Urban Sports Club L Pro Membership + Friends and Family Discount: Stay active with free membership, plus discounts for friends and family.
  • Flexible Work Model: Enjoy a hybrid work setup, balancing on-site and remote work options to fit your lifestyle.

  • Personal Development: Receive an annual budget of €1,000 for professional growth, with regular internal training sessions and weekly German and English language classes.
