The company was founded in 2017 by Martin Kassing and currently employs more than 180 people across Europe. Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.

We are based in Berlin. If you're currently located elsewhere but would like to move to Germany, we’re happy to support your relocation.

Your mission

As operations strategy intern you support in driving our teams key initiatives within operations and across the organisation and assisting in strategic projects. This role will work closely with Stephan, our Operations Strategy Lead, to directly contribute to the successful execution of our operations and business key objectives.

What you can expect from this role

  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects and work on them closely with the Operations Strategy Lead and Operations team as well as key cross-functional stakeholders

  • Support in the definition and execution of our operations OKRs.

  • Prepare critical presentations addressing the team or stakeholders (e.g., weekly ops huddle, project updates meeting)

  • Lead ad-hoc analyses and research

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting the team with internal (product team, legal team, etc.) stakeholders

What you bring

  • You worked in a fast-paced environment before (e.g., strategy consulting, venture capital, start-ups)

  • You are structured, have very good analytical skills, and know how to solve problems by yourself, allowing you to take ownership and execute projects quickly

  • You have excellent written and oral skills in English (with German a plus)

  • You are hungry to learn & are passionate about the fintech industry and want to change the investment world to enable more people to invest

  • You have a minimum of 4 months & are based in Berlin
