Upslide
Job description
UpSlide is the leading productivity and brand compliance AI solution for financial services. We empower teams at firms like PwC, KPMG, and Santander to focus on high-value tasks by supercharging Microsoft 365. As a Certified B Corp, we are committed to using business as a force for good, balancing profit with purpose for our 160+ global employees.
Our values ✨
Our values guide our approach to work and are at the heart of our recruitment process. To join our team, we look for individuals who value:
Excellence: We think that every detail counts, and we place great importance on the quality of our deliverables.
Trust: We are passionate, committed, and free to act with autonomy.
Happiness at work: We enjoy looking on the bright side and we share our enthusiasm with our colleagues and clients.
The team 🧑🤝🧑
You will be part of our Content team, comprising yourself, a Senior Content Manager and Simone, our Head of Brand. The team sits within our multidisciplinary Global Marketing team, led by our Head of Marketing Giorgia.
You’ll be based in our London office, which is one of five globally, alongside Paris, New York, Singapore and Berlin. You'll work closely with your Marketing teammates in France, New York and London, as well as our Product, Sales and Client Solutions Consultants teams worldwide.
Team goals 🎯
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Content Manager to be the heartbeat of our social presence and the engine of our sales enablement. You will own our LinkedIn ecosystem, driving engagement through organic content and a world-class employee advocacy program – working closely with our design team to ensure our posts are creative and engaging. Simultaneously, you’ll ensure our GTM teams are equipped with the most persuasive, brand-compliant pitch decks and sales assets in the market.
Your responsibilities 🖋️
Social & Community: Own and execute our LinkedIn strategy and day-to-day management via Oktopost, fostering a community of engaged users and prospects.
Employee Advocacy: Empower UpSliders globally to share our story, providing them with ready-to-use content and strategic guidance.
Sales Enablement: Design and iterate on high-performing pitch decks, case studies, and sales slides. (You’ll be an expert user of UpSlide’s own tools!).
SEO & Web: Support the wider team with SEO-optimised blog posts and web copy, using basic keyword research to drive traffic.
Performance Tracking: Use Oktopost and Google Analytics to report on social ROI and content engagement.

Your growth 🪴
You’ll have biannual appraisals and a clear path to progression within the brand team. You’ll report into the Head of Brand, and work closely with Designers and GTM teams, gaining unique exposure to how a high-growth B2B SaaS brand scales its social and sales influence.
Job requirements
You are a great fit if you have:
2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (Social Media or Content Marketing).
Hands-on experience with Oktopost (or similar social tools) and Wordpress.
A passion for LinkedIn as a platform for B2B growth and advocacy.
Strong visual storytelling skills - you know what makes a slide deck look "professional" and "persuasive."
A "pioneer" mindset regarding Generative AI; you enjoy finding new ways to work smarter.
Basic SEO knowledge (keyword placement, meta descriptions, etc.).
We’d love it if:
You have a strong understanding of the finance sector (in particular Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or Asset Management)
You have marketed to US audiences and are aware of how this differs from marketing to EU audiences
✨ If you don’t tick all the boxes but you think you’d be a great fit, please apply and tell us why.
Recruitment process
First phone interview with Simone, Head of Brand, including a timed task [1h]
An (ideally) in-person case study review and interview with Giorgia, Head of Marketing [1h]
Phone interview with our Design Director Florian to establish how you would collaborate with Design [30’]
Final phone interview with one of our C-Suite, to establish if there is a good match with our values [30’]

⚡ On average our process lasts 3 weeks.
