The team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

The Revenue Operations team is a Business Partner for all customer-facing teams at UpSlide, covering 5 geographies (France, UK, Germany, US, Singapore). It is responsible for our commercial tool stack, our Sales and Customer Success processes and enablement, and informing GTM strategy through the generation of insights.

The team is in a fast-scaling phase, based on solid financials and full C-suite support, to contribute to a 30% growth trajectory.

Four strong today, the team has three pillar missions: Insights&Analytics, Tools&Processes and GTM teams Enablement.

Across all of our offices, you’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, CSM, Sales Admin, and Product teams to drive impact across every BU.

Team goals 🎯

Head of RevOps will be a vital hire to accompany the company's growth. You will play a crucial role in this journey by managing the RevOps team and ensuring the GTM teams have everything they need to perform and reach their objectives.

Your responsibilities 🖋️

  • Inform GTM strategic decisions through Insights&Analytics production (25%)

    • Act as a guarantor for CRM data accuracy and data hygiene processes

    • Produce relevant analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decisions

  • Tool stack & Processes Optimization (25%)

    • Oversee the selection and integration of tools and platforms that support revenue operations.

    • Streamline revenue-generating processes to reduce friction and enhance customer experience. This includes improving sales and retention funnels to increase conversion rates, velocity, and revenue

    • Monitor Tools&Processes adoption and ROI

  • GTM teams enablement & Performance monitoring (25%)

    • Measure performance, build and maintain relevant reporting and DataViz solutions for leadership, managers, and ICs

    • Own onboarding and continuous improvement programs for GTM teams

    • Own targets management and bonus schemes implementation

  • Team Leadership (25%)

    • Ensure team structure and skillset adequacy with the company’s maturity and growth challenges

    • Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments

Job requirements

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Full professional proficiency in English & French

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations management in a B2B Saas environment

  • Top-class project management and strategic planning skills; you thrive in dynamic, multitasking environments, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm

  • A data-driven, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to any challenge

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Notion, and revenue intelligence tools

  • You have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in RevOps, including AI-driven solutions for process optimization and performance management
