Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles at Ukio.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires to ensure compliance with our hiring policies.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs and networking opportunities, to enhance Ukio's brand presence.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate or startup industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
