Role |

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our Risk & Compliance department as an intern. You will support the management of internal documentation and corporate databases, contributing to the accuracy, organization, and availability of information across the company.

Responsibilities |

• Classify, organize, and archive internal company documents.
• Digitize and upload documentation into corporate databases.
• Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide administrative support for document management tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth information flow.

About you |

• Currently studying a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, Documentation, Law or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and methodical approach to work.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Workspace and familiarity with Google Drive.
• English level B2 and C1 Spanish.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of document management or databases is a plus.
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Confident working with cross-functional teams and adapting to change.
