Role |
The B2B Booking Agent at Ukio is responsible for managing corporate and partner bookings for mid-term apartment stays. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, high-quality booking experience for business clients such as relocating employees, corporate partners, and agencies. The agent ensures efficient handling of inquiries, optimizes occupancy, and supports revenue growth through strong client relationship management and operational coordination.
Responsibilities |
- Manage end-to-end booking processes for B2B clients (companies, relocation agencies, travel managers)
- Respond to inbound corporate inquiries and proactively follow up to convert leads into confirmed stays
- Coordinate apartment availability, pricing, and contract terms for mid-term stays (1–11 months)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and repeat clients
- Handle booking modifications, extensions, and cancellations with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to align on availability and client needs
- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM and PMS systems
- Support negotiation of rates, terms, and conditions within defined guidelines
- Identify upselling opportunities (premium units, services, longer stays)
- Maintain high responsiveness and service quality aligned with Ukio’s brand standards
Requirements |
- 1–3+ years experience in hospitality, real estate, or B2B customer-facing roles
- Experience handling corporate clients or high-value bookings
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a professional tone
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders simultaneously
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Comfortable using CRM systems, booking tools, and spreadsheets
- Fluency in English (Spanish and other European languages are a strong plus)
