Role |
This role involves communicating with Accounts Executives and Sales Representatives to confirm bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information about the sales processes. The Revenue Ops Specialist also works closely with other departments within Ukio to ensure a smooth check-in process for guests. Additionally, they may be responsible. Overall, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest stay and maximizing the efficiency of the teams across the booking.
Responsibilities |
- Manage the end-to-end booking and quoting process, ensuring streamlined workflows and accurate records.
- Own and manage the booking confirmation process, working closely with Sales and Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor extensions (EXTs) and follow up on unpaid or failed payments.
- Upload and reconcile payments (OTAs, Direct, B2B, Partners) in Backoffice systems.
- Create and manage manual contracts (including extensions, annexes, long-term stays), ensuring documentation accuracy (IDs, proof of residence, guest details).
- Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot: create missing deals, correct incorrect information, update stages, and maintain data hygiene.
- Clean and close pending or incomplete deals (missing payments, unsigned contracts, weekend backlog, etc.).
- Monitor operational alerts (CLX, ED, COA, Extensions) and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain full visibility of check-ins, check-outs, and pending payments across markets.
- Identify data gaps and propose improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Tech teams.
- Classify and review VIP clients according to internal standards and ensure proper tagging in the system.

- C1 English level and C1 Spanish level
