Role |

We are looking for a Real Estate Intern to join our team in Barcelona. As a Real Estate Intern you will be responsible for sourcing, touring and acquiring apartments that meet the Ukio apartment criteria.

You will also help manage existing relations with property owners, family offices, and residential brokers that are part of the Ukio network.

We are a start-up, so you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities |

• Create a consistent supply pipeline of apartments that meet our standards
• Build network with property developers, family officers, institutional property owners and independent landlords
• Manage the relations with existing property owners of the Ukio network
• Advocate and drive a strong reputation for Ukio in the sector

About you |

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal Management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
• Confident with working in cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
