TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS Marketplace on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

TransferRoom is market leading and has become a must have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since launch in 2017.

Brief intro to the role:

We're seeking a driven Account Executive to oversee the development of our agency and club customer base in Türkiye. You'll engage with senior decision-makers in the football industry, showcasing our platform's value and converting them into loyal TransferRoom advocates. This role is pivotal to our B2B marketplace growth, requiring expertise in sales, relationship management, and strategic business development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • New Business Development – Prospect, pitch, and generate leads through outbound activities to acquire new football club and agent clients.
  • Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking – Manage your sales pipeline, monitor key metrics, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Success Metrics (KPIs):

  • Achieving revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Number of new customers acquired.
  • Meetings secured with decision-makers at clubs and agencies.
  • Conversion rates from lead to closed deal.
  • Providing valuable market insights and customer feedback.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, membership-based businesses, or high-growth startups with a strong track record in outbound sales and business development.
  • A hunter with proven ability to pitch at CxO level and close deals.
  • Experience in upselling.
  • Passion for football and ability to discuss the industry intelligently (sports experience is not required).
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Full driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).
