About the Role

• We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager of SEC Reporting to lead our external financial reporting function in full compliance with IFRS and SEC regulations applicable to Foreign Private Issuers (FPIs). This role will be responsible for the preparation and filing of Form 20-F and Form F-1, and for supporting technical accounting analyses and the implementation of new IFRS standards.
• As a manager in our finance organization, you will partner closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and SOX to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence as the company scales and advances in its public company journey

Key Responsibilities

• External Reporting & Disclosure Oversight

  • Support the accurate and timely preparation and filing of Form 20-F and Form F-1, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations applicable to FPI
  • Manage the external reporting calendar, coordinating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external auditors to meet all filing deadline
  • Support the preparation of IFRS-based financial statements, footnotes, Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), and XBRL tagging
  • Support the development of investor-facing deliverables, including earnings releases and other public filings
  • Collaborate with the SOX team and external advisors to ensure strong internal control design and operational effectiveness
  • Brief executive management, Audit Committee, and other key stakeholders on significant accounting matters

• Technical Accounting Leadership

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on complex IFRS issues and ensure proper accounting treatment
  • Review technical accounting memos and internal accounting policies with a focus on clarity and audit readiness
  • Monitor and evaluate updates to IFRS and SEC disclosure requirements for FPIs, and lead their timely and effective implementation

• Team & Process Leadership

  • Manage a high-performing SEC Reporting team with deep IFRS knowledge and strong execution capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes through peer benchmarking and best-in-class disclosure practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (or an equivalent international accounting credential) required
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience, including Big 4 public accounting and public company or FPI reporting experience
• Deep expertise in IFRS and SEC reporting for FPIs (experience with US GAAP and domestic SEC filings is also acceptable)
• Proven experience leading Form 20-F and Form F-1 filings (or 10-K, S-1) and IPO readiness preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) required
• Experience with Workiva, NetSuite, or similar reporting and ERP systems is a plus
