- Toss Australia is a newly launched initiative aimed at expanding our global footprint by redefining fintech for the Australian market. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the setup and day-to-day execution of our local operations.

What You’ll Work On
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution aligned with global objectives.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, partners, and agencies (e.g. legal, accounting, logistics).
- Maintain and optimize workflows, documentation, and operational tools for efficiency.
- Handle local administrative tasks such as basic legal documentation and business banking.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve cases that require local input, such as ID verification or legal follow-ups.
- Support product launch and growth activities, including app testing, local user surveys, and logistics coordination. Offer cultural and market insights to localize product flows, content, and user communications.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of fintech and banking services in Australia.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant experience with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience collaborating across global remote teams.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries, including product launches or early-stage market entries.
- Fluency in English (required) and proficiency in Korean (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, and Excel.

- This role is based in Sydney, Australia. Please note that applicants should already have the right to work in Australia, as we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
- As we are in the process of establishing our entity in Australia, this role will initially be hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) partner.
