The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our embedded channel partnerships and Property Management System (PMS) integrations. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our customer-facing APIs, powering seamless integrations between TheGuarantors’ products and our partners’ platforms.

You’ll act as the voice of the developer and integration partner, ensuring our APIs deliver exceptional usability, reliability, and value to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, and customer success to bring integrations to market that expand our reach and improve customer workflows.

Achievements in this role include launching and scaling TheGuarantors’ customer-facing API, enabling new distribution channels and embedded partnerships. Also delivering a best-in-class developer experience that makes integrating with TheGuarantors seamless and building the foundation for long-term platform scalability and partner ecosystem growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own the customer-facing API product: Define the roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and drive execution across teams to ensure smooth and scalable partner integrations.

  • Launch APIs to market: Partner with engineering and marketing to deliver high-quality developer documentation, onboarding resources, and go-to-market materials that drive adoption.

  • Represent the developer user: Advocate for the needs of external developers and technical partners throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring our APIs are intuitive and easy to use.

  • Lead PMS integration strategy: Manage integrations with leading Property Management Systems (PMS), ensuring they’re deeply embedded, reliable, and valuable for property managers and operators.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with partnerships, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize technical enablement that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.

  • Monitor performance and adoption: Define success metrics, track partner integration performance, and continuously optimize for growth and user satisfaction.
  • Own partner enablement tools: Oversee API documentation, sandbox environments, and integration guides to reduce friction for external developers.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in API, platform, or B2B integrations.

  • Proven track record of launching APIs or developer products to market, including documentation and developer experience.

  • Strong understanding of partner and property management workflows, especially in the real estate, fintech, or proptech industries.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align both technical and non-technical audiences to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Benefits

  • Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company
  • Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one
  • Health savings account with employer contribution
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Flexible working hours
  • 401(k)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company sponsored short and long term disability
  • Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter)

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
