The Opportunity

Are you passionate about building awareness and driving user adoption for in-demand tech solutions? Join our Marketing team as our Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry-leading coverage products.

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing specialist to drive new product and feature adoption, optimize engagement, and expand relationships with multifamily owners & operators. In this role, you will own go-to-market strategies and campaigns to enhance the customer experience, increase adoption, retention, and engagement. You will gather and analyze market insights to craft compelling stories, delivered through the right channels at the right moments, supporting sales and success teams in achieving business goals.

This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with internal teams, understanding the needs of our owner & operator partners, and providing the right tools and insights needed to grow our shared success.

Location

This is a hybrid position based out of New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Partner Success, Strategy, Marketing & Product) to gather insights, shape targeted engagement strategies, tools and resources to grow product and feature utilization among multi-family owners and operators.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new products, feature launches, and lifecycle optimizations, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct and leverage market research and competitive analyses to inform and refine product positioning, engagement strategy and overall market fit.
  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging to reinforce the value of our solutions to drive deeper customer relationships.
  • Work with product teams to align roadmaps with customer feedback and ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, fintech or proptech environments, with a track record driving product adoption.
  • Proven experience collaborating with and influencing Partner Success, Sales, and Product teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product marketing lifecycle, from crafting compelling positioning and user messaging to leading successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Superb problem solver with ability to analyze complex problems/data, identify opportunities, form hypotheses and advocate for and enable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Bring a customer lens to guide decisions related to audience targets, value proposition, positioning, marketing and enablement.
  • Proven ability to develop GTM strategies, including segmentation, personas, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across channels with analytical experience tracking product and campaign performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas in digestible, relatable, and easy to understand narratives.
  • Results-oriented, evidence driven and proactive, with a bias towards action in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $145,000 - $160,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
