The Guarantors seeks a Product Manager in New York, NY to:
- gather and articulate comprehensive software product requirements utilizing a diverse range of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Full Story, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Confluence, JIRA, Figma, Notion and Usertesting.com;
- formulate and oversee the software product roadmap for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- explore and validate novel concepts that contribute to both business and customer value, employing rigorous testing methodologies such as User interview, Surveys, Focus Groups, Usability Testing, A/B testing, Competitive Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping and Analytics and Data Analysis;
- collaborate seamlessly with Design and Engineering counterparts to effectively manage the team’s backlog;
- spearhead scrum ceremonies and meticulously adhere to Agile best practices in collaboration with the engineering team;
- drive the execution of the software product roadmap by establishing sprint and release goals, proactively eliminating team roadblocks;
- efficiently manage cross-team dependencies within the product team, fostering a collaborative environment;
- actively engage and manage stakeholders, capturing valuable feedback and securing buy-in for roadmap deliverables;
- align seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies;
- organize and maintain clear and concise release notes, product documentation, and technical documentation;
- present compelling product opportunities to the Product team, ensuring alignment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs);
- Telecommuting is permitted from FL, NJ, or NY.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or other closely related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the following skills: Understanding of APIs, backend systems, and how data integrations work from both a development and maintenance perspective; Managing or leading 3rd party API integrations; Running complex SQL queries for ad-hoc data analysis; Business intelligence platforms such as PowerBI; Jira, Confluence and project management software; Process diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Figjam; Cloud technologies and platforms like AWS; agile development process, UX, and customer involvement.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is between $110,000-140,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and current market data, and may vary from the range above.
