Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing team.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day People operations with real impact
- Prepare and coordinate the full onboarding process (end-to-end)
- Maintain and optimize Personio
- Draft employment contracts, references, and People-related documents
- Keep policies up to date and maintain them across systems
- Handle incoming People requests (ticketing system)
- Support ongoing People projects
- Gain hands-on experience in labor law and HR best practices
- Take on general administrative tasks (mail handling, filing, etc.)
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR processes and labor law
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude
- First experience in HR is a plus
- German language skills are required due to documentation requirements and interactions with German-speaking authorities and stakeholders
- Deep insights into modern HR work in a dynamic environment
