Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day People operations with real impact

• Prepare and coordinate the full onboarding process (end-to-end)

• Maintain and optimize Personio

• Draft employment contracts, references, and People-related documents

• Keep policies up to date and maintain them across systems

• Handle incoming People requests (ticketing system)

• Support ongoing People projects

• Gain hands-on experience in labor law and HR best practices

• Take on general administrative tasks (mail handling, filing, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field

• Strong interest in HR processes and labor law

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude

• First experience in HR is a plus

• German language skills are required due to documentation requirements and interactions with German-speaking authorities and stakeholders
