About the role

As our FP&A Analyst, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You’ll bridge the worlds of Finance, Strategy, and Analytics to support our go-to-market (GTM) leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This isn’t just a role; it’s your chance to shape how we use data to drive decisions and scale our commercial engine. You’ll directly contribute to enabling efficient growth and data-driven decision-making across our GTM teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Culture building & collaboration – uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and collaborate within our high-performing, remote-first culture with colleagues around the world and across timezones.
• Financial stewardship – support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-term planning, acting as a trusted business partner to GTM departments and the leadership team.
• GTM partnership – support Go-To-Market leaders with strategy, targets, and KPIs, aligning analytics with business goals.
• Forecasting models – build and manage models for bookings, sales capacity, and pipeline to guide GTM planning and resource allocation.
• Analytics systems and infrastructure – design, maintain and enhance systems and data quality to enable scalability and self-serve access across Finance, GTM and leadership teams.
• Performance insights – own and deliver key metrics such as churn, NRR, and GRR, translating them into leadership-ready insights and growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Board reporting – create and deliver monthly board packs that consolidate SaaS metrics, revenue, GTM, and operational performance into clear, actionable insights.
• Cross-functional analytics – lead projects with Data, GTM, and Product teams to sharpen decision-making and predictability.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Had a deep understanding and expertise of SaaS metrics
• Demonstrates understanding of tools like Holistics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Has experience with financial modeling and top-line forecasting.
• Can collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We typically expect candidates with at least 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance (specifically FP&A), or a GTM-facing role or similar positions to have the skills mentioned above.

Bonus skills

While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have;

• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success analytics in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Exposure to GTM systems such as HubSpot, ChartMogul, or Gong.
• Experience working in a scaling environment.
