Role overview:

We are seeking a Founder's Office Associate - a high-trust, high-impact partner in the CEO's office who will work closely with our founder across both strategic and operational dimensions. In this role you will act as a thought partner, project manager, and execution enabler, helping the CEO focus on high-leverage priorities while ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership.

How you will create impact:

Strategic Partnership: Assist the Founder/CEO on high-priority initiatives, strategic business planning, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, cross-functional alignment, and long-term growth strategy.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research and provide actionable insights on industry trends, potential partnerships, and innovative opportunities.
  • Board & Leadership Support: Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and follow-ups for board meetings, investor calls, and leadership reviews.
  • Execution Excellence: Track key action items, drive accountability, and ensure timely execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Lead and monitor special projects, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are delivered.
  • Calendar & Communication Management: Optimize the CEO’s time by managing schedules, meetings, and communications with precision and foresight.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement tools, processes, and workflows to enhance the CEO’s productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the Founder and executive team.

Requirements

Essential qualifications:

Experience:

  • 6 to 10 years in strategic role, Founder's Office, or Consulting Role—preferably in fintech, payments, or a global tech environment.

Education:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication, High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Asana)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
  • Exposure to investor relations or board governance
  • Background in consulting, product, or business operations
