What you'll do ππΌ

As our Growth Inbound Manager, you will be part of Skelloβs Go-to-Market and Strategy team. You won't just manage channels; you will orchestrate the entire inbound ecosystem. Your mission is to build a high-velocity, data-driven machine that leverages elite automation, sophisticated content alignment, and relentless conversion optimization to dominate the European frontline management market.
π― Strategic Funnel Orchestration & CRO
Full-Funnel Optimization: Own and optimize the end-to-end inbound journey. You will implement rigorous A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) frameworks to maximize yield from every touchpoint, from initial discovery to qualified lead.
Content & Growth Alignment: Partner with Marketing to ensure our content strategy is a direct driver of growth, bridging the gap between brand awareness and high-intent lead conversion through technical SEO and smart distribution.
π Advanced Automation & Revenue Operations
Sophisticated Automation: Collaborate with Ops to architect complex marketing automation workflows that nurture leads at scale, utilizing AI-driven personalization to ensure Skello remains top-of-mind for key decision-makers across Europe.
Revenue-Focused Analytics: Build comprehensive attribution models and performance dashboards. You translate complex data into clear, actionable growth insights that directly impact Skello's bottom line.
π European Leadership & Scaling
International Expansion: Adapt and scale inbound best practices for Spanish, Italian, and new markets, collaborating with local teams, ensuring our growth engine is globally robust yet locally relevant.

Strategic Synergy: Act as the primary link between Marketing, Growth, and Sales, aligning teams around shared revenue goals and a unified vision of the customer journey.
Mentorship & Culture: Elevate the technical and analytical bar within the team, fostering a culture of experimentation, ownership, and high-impact delivery.
Who are we looking for π
3+ years of experience in inbound growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment, with experience in paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Proven expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot knowledge expected)
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever
You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key
Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus)
