🌰 Skello in a nutshell

At Skello, we are developing the leading HR solution for planning and managing field teams.
In Europe, field teams make up 50% of the workforce, yet only 20% of digital solutions are actually designed for them.
Skello was born to fill this gap: a collaborative and intuitive platform that simplifies the daily lives of managers and employees by optimizing and automating key tasks.
We put field teams at the heart of everything we do. With intelligent tools like our Skello Assistant and Smart Planner, we meet their unique needs directly.
Our ambition is simple: to become the go-to HR solution for all field teams in Europe. 🚀

What's the role about?

Are you passionate about brand, details, and creating beautiful things that actually work? We're looking for a Brand Designer based in Barcelona to become the guardian of Skello's brand and style accross all markets, with a particular focus on Spain and Italy.

You'll contribute to the brand at large, working hand in hand with the central Brand Design team in Paris : identity work, campaigns, design system evolution, motion, event creative. But you'll also be the central team's anchor for our two fastest-growing markets, making sure Spain and Italy get the creative firepower they need to win, while staying coherent with what we do everywhere else.

You'll report directly to the Head of Brand Design (Paris), with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing Spain. That dual perspective, global and local, is exactly what makes this role special.

What you'll be doing day to day

  • Contributing to Skello's global brand. You'll work on identity projects, master campaigns, design system components, and brand evolutions that ship across all markets. Expect to own meaningful chunks of cross-country work, not just localizations.

  • Producing assets for every team at Skello in Barcelona: marketing, events, HR, sales, customer success… whatever it takes to make the brand shine.

  • Localizing for the Spanish & Italian market the product materials and campaigns coming from the central team in Paris, always keeping global consistency but with a local sensibility.

  • Looking after the brand as if it were your own: making sure every piece produced breathes Skello's values and visual identity.

  • Coordinating with local agencies and external partners (print, audiovisual, events…) so that everything we put out into the world meets our standards.

  • Bringing the brand to life through motion design: animations, short videos, social formats, and anything that helps Skello not just look good, but move well too.

  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table: exploring trends, trying new things, and suggesting creative evolutions. We're not looking for someone who just executes; we want someone with judgment and the drive to contribute.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience: 4 years in graphic design, ideally in B2B SaaS environments, creative agencies, or in-house brand teams.

  • Background: graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or equivalent. But honestly, what matters most to us is your portfolio: we want to see how you think and how you solve problems.

  • Brand judgment. You can defend a design decision with reasoning, not just taste. You know when to follow the system and when to challenge it.

  • Feedback over ego. You genuinely enjoy critique, both giving and receiving. You believe the work gets better when more people look at it, and you'd rather hear "this doesn't land" early than ship something mediocre to protect a first idea. Your craft is high, your ego is low.

  • Languages: native Spanish and strong English are a must (with Paris we speak English). If you also get by in French, bonus points!

  • Profile: autonomous, organized, with a sharp critical eye and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool. You enjoy teamwork, especially when it's cross-functional.

Technical skills

  • Graphic design: identity, layout, typography, brand systems.

  • Motion design: animation, video editing, social formats.

  • Design systems: design system management, brand identity design, campaign design

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.

  • Figma

  • Generative AI tools applied to design (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.). You don't need to be an expert, but we do want you to be curious and excited about bringing them into your workflow.
