Context

In a context of strong growth, Skello's Growth team aims to hyper-scale lead generation and B2B customer acquisition. As a GTM Engineer (Acquisition & Growth focus), you will be the technical mastermind behind our growth engine. Your mission is to build, scale, and optimize the technical infrastructure that drives pipeline growth, automates lead generation, and maximizes our conversion rates.

You will bridge the gap between engineering, data, and growth marketing, turning aggressive acquisition strategies into robust, automated technical solutions that lower CAC and boost lead velocity.

Missions

As a GTM Engineer specialized in Acquisition, your objectives are as follows:

  • Engine and automate lead generation pipelines: Build and maintain automated data scrapers, workflows, and API integrations with data enrichment tools to feed our CRM with highly qualified B2B leads at scale.

  • Optimize tracking & attribution infrastructure: Implement and manage advanced tracking architectures (such as server-side GTM, Segment, or custom APIs) to ensure flawless data collection across our ads channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and solve complex multi-touch attribution challenges.

  • Scale GEO & SEO conversion: Develop and orchestrate scalable frameworks for landing pages, dynamic content personalization, and interactive web tools designed to turn mentions and traffic into active marketing qualified leads.

  • Deploy technical conversion optimization (CRO): Partner with Growth Marketers and Designers to engineer advanced, glitch-free A/B testing scenarios and server-side experiments to continuously push conversion rates to their maximum.

  • Build smart routing and lead scoring loops: Design and deploy automated routing and real-time lead scoring algorithms using intent data, ensuring the hottest acquisition leads are pushed instantly to the Sales team.

Hard skills

  • Web Performance Optimization: Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, front-end optimization, and headless CMS capabilities to guarantee blazing-fast, high-converting landing pages.

  • Growth Tech Stack Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of web tracking (Server-side GTM, Pixels, CAPI), CDPs (Segment), CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), and Reverse ETL tools.

  • AI-Assisted Development: Advanced use of AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code) and automation platforms (Make, n8n) to build and deploy growth hacks and POCs at lightning speed.

Nice to have

  • Past experience working closely with Performance Marketing / Paid Ads teams in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads API integrations.
