As an Account Manager, you will join Skello's Account Strategist division, a strategic role at the crossroads of sales and customer satisfaction. Our mission? To drive revenue growth post-sale and secure our revenue by retaining our existing client base.
At the heart of our team, you are the engine of client growth, with two clear objectives:
Perform on Upsells: Transform additional sales opportunities into signed contracts.
Fight Churn: Negotiate to retain clients and secure our long-term revenue.

๐๐ผ What you'll do with us
Performance and Growth Management:
Manage the A-to-Z sales cycle for upsells within your client portfolio, from identifying needs to signing contracts.
Maximize value within client accounts by developing a strategic action plan and prioritizing accounts.
Negotiate with and retain clients who are reconsidering their subscription to secure revenue.
Expertise and Customer Consulting:
Be a product expert to advise clients and defend the value of the Skello solution in all circumstances.
Adapt your pitch and navigate conversations according to the diversity of stakeholders across different sectors (Healthcare, Industry, Retail, etc.).
Provide commercial expertise to your clients to help them get the most out of our solution.
Collaboration and Transverse Role:
Work in synergy with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing...) to guide your clients toward the best solutions.
Be the voice of the customer within Skello to contribute to the evolution of our tool's features.
๐ What weโre looking for in you
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or portfolio management role with a strong commercial dimension.
Results-oriented and performance-driven.
Ability to analyze numerical data to make concrete, fact-based decisions.
Excellent business sense combined with great empathy for clients.
Rigorous and organized.
Adaptable, persuasive and able to identify needs while positioning yourself as an expert.
