At Skello, we're convinced that great teams make great successes. It's this vision that drives us to develop our SaaS in Human Resources management, a solution dedicated to point of sales. It's also this vision that has enabled us to create a committed, high-performance team of 250 employees in Paris, 100 in Barcelona and 30 in Lille.
To achieve this, one thing is sure: we need an outstanding Human Resources team, and we need a great freelancer to support it temporarily! This could be you, as we're currently looking for a amazing Human Resources and Administrative freelancer.
If you join us, you'll be working with Agathe (Head of People in Barcelona).
💪 About the mission
Overall, the mission of the Human Resources and Administrative freelancer is structured around 3 main areas:
1. Organizing the admin part of onboarding and offboarding of new employees
2. Managing all the payroll process and luncheon vouchers
3. Dealing with the day to day admin life of our employees (absences / probations period / promotions / questions from employees and managers)
👀 We are looking for you if you:
- Have the legal entity needed to do freelance work
- Are able to work in our office of Barcelona 5 days per week
- Can work everyday, for a minimum of 15h00 per week up to 25h00 per week
- Speak Spanish perfectly and are comfortable with English or French
- Have at least one freelance experience in Administrative support, Law or Human Resources
- Are passionate about administrative HR tasks
- Are organized, rigorous and detail-oriented
- Listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better
