Job Description
About the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will contribute to Shippeo’s mission by acting as the architect of our revenue engine, unifying operational foundations to drive efficiency, visibility, and global growth. Reporting directly to the VP Customer Experience, you will serve as a critical bridge between departments. To ensure total alignment across the Go-To-Market organization, you will maintain a dotted reporting line into both the CRO and CMO and act as an active member of the Revenue and Marketing leadership teams
Please Note: This role is based in Paris (HQ). It has a global focus and can be a remote or hybrid work model/ and operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days per week in the office.

Function: GTM Operations
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Partner with the CRO, CMO, and Finance to build annual revenue and funnel plans. Drive a rigorous forecasting cadence (leveraging Clari) and provide a "single source of truth" for funnel performance.
Systems Architecture: Contribute to the management and connectivity of our core stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Front, PlanHat). Ensure systems function as a cohesive engine and support field teams in operational continuity.
Process & AI Automation: Design and implement processes across the GTM customer lifecycle. Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and intelligent automation to increase productivity and data accuracy.
Pipeline Operations: Establish feedback loops for lead qualification and operationalize target lists. Partner with Marketing to support tracking, attribution, and intent models.
Account & Territory Strategy: Work closely with leadership to enable GTM strategy through robust territory design, account planning, and data enrichment strategies to ensure high CRM data integrity.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM Operations roles.
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Salesforce is required.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to build complex revenue models, manage forecasting processes, and translate data into actionable insights.
Communication: A natural collaborator with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CX).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with HubSpot, Front, or PlanHat.
Fluency in French is advantageous.
Previous experience working with AI-powered sales productivity tools.
