What you’ll do
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to experiment, improve and make things happen.
You will:
Help drive AI activation across the HR ecosystem — from testing tools to helping teams adopt them in everyday work
Support improvements across the employee journey, connecting communication, process, culture and experience
Work with HR leaders and stakeholders on projects that simplify work and remove friction
Spot outdated ways of working and help redesign them into something faster, clearer and smarter
Support employer brand moments internally and externally — content, campaigns, pilots, initiatives
Help shape how Rohlik shows up as an employer — from the stories we tell to the experiences candidates and employees actually have
Bring ideas on future-of-work trends, AI usage and better team experience
Learn from country HR teams and help identify patterns, insights and opportunities across markets
Support culture and internal engagement projects with energy, curiosity and execution
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed recently (or final year)
0–2 years of experience
Background in business, HR, psychology, communications or related field is welcome — but not essential
Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve the way teams work
Proactive mindset — you like building, testing and improving things
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
Fluent English required, Czech/Slovak will be an advantage
Extra points for experience in employer branding, internal communication or culture-related projects
