Role Overview
As Accounting Automation Specialist, you will own day-to-day supervision of SSC automation processes. You will lead performance monitoring, resolve operational issues and train OTC and PTP teams to use systems effectively. You will work cross-functionally with OTC, PTP, Accounting and Controlling teams ensure smooth, effective and reliable financial reporting.
What we expect from you
Contribute to the monitoring of system technical performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Contribute to the daily supervision of automated processes, ensuring optimal performance and timely resolution of issues.
Provide input on automation process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with OTC, P2P, and Accounting teams to enhance the effectiveness of financial closings.
Ensure all process-related documentation is up to date and accurately reflects current practices.
Implement improvements in P2P, OTC, and other processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide factual reports and data to the Head of SSC, Head of Group Financial Reporting and Group CFO.
What we look for
Required
Strong knowledge of SSC processes and its automation.
Technical background.
Experience in technical supervision or automation projects.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
