We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will own a portfolio of categories and suppliers, ensuring strong product availability while keeping inventory healthy and waste under control.

What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day supply chain performance within your scope.
Specifically, you will:
Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories
Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times)
Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health
Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering
Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers
Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or similar role
Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or e-commerce is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is a plus
Fluent Czech and advanced English
