We’re looking for a Receptionist who will keep our office running smoothly, create a friendly and professional environment, and make sure employees and guests feel welcome every day.
If you enjoy helping people, love organizing things, and stay calm even when the office gets busy — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Front Office & Visitor Experience
Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
Support check-ins, visitor badges and meeting room guidance
Coordinate refreshments and ensure our guests have everything they need
Office Operations & Facilities Support
Keep the office working seamlessly — access cards, parking, courier deliveries, mail… you name it
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and ready
Monitor office equipment (e.g. coffee machines) and arrange maintenance when needed
Support cooperation with building management and service providers
Administration & Inventory
Order and restock office supplies and refreshments
Manage basic finance admin (petty cash, receipts, simple invoices)
Keep an overview of office stock and equipment
Events & Catering Support
Coordinate refreshments for internal meetings and team gatherings
Help with setup of spaces for company events and townhalls
Team Collaboration
Support colleagues with one-off tasks when needed
Work closely with Workplace Experience, IT and People & Culture teams
Stay proactive and ready to jump in when something needs doing

Fluent in Czech & advanced English
