What You Will Do
Be the go-to problem-solver for the trickiest IT issues. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you’ll fix what others can’t, mentor juniors, and keep our systems running smoothly across warehouses and HQ.
Own resolution of complex technical problems and escalated incidents.
Mentor junior colleagues and improve IT processes.
Support site-level operations and rollout of new IT tools and standards.
Take technical ownership of selected domains or tools.
Maintain high-quality documentation and training materials.
Warehouse focus:
Manage incidents in warehouse systems and devices (printers, scanners, PDAs).
Configure and optimize MDM tools and warehouse networks (Aruba, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
Drive efficiency by improving and simplifying processes.
HQ focus:
Troubleshoot advanced issues with Okta, SaaS, and collaboration tools.
Support onboarding automations and identity management processes.
Manage MDM solutions (Intune, SimpleMDM, Zebra) and ensure endpoint security.
What Is Your Experience
3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
Broad technical background (networking, OS, MDM, SaaS tools).
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Confident communicator with mentoring experience.
English at upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Preferred:
Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
Experience in WMS or warehouse device integration (for Warehouse Support).

Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and identity management (for HQ Support).
